Basketball and Cheerleading

Registration deadline is December 14. The season will begin the week of January 11th.
Cost: Early bird registration fee is $120.00/player through November 23, and $130 thereafter.
Volunteer Coaches are needed. Coaches will receive $75.00 off a registration fee. Program Description: This season the basketball league is coed for ages PreK- 4 through 12th grade. Age divisions will be determined by the number of participants but typically are Prek4- Kindergarten, First – Second grade, Third – Fifth grade, Sixth – Eighth grade, Ninth – Twelfth grade if there are enough older participants. Cheerleading will be for girls ages PreK-4 through 5th grade.
Practices and Games:
Where – Fellowship Of Wildwood, 17770 Mueller Rd., Wildwood, MO. 63038
When – Saturdays for a total 90 minutes
Practices and games will be held on Saturdays. Practices will be 40 minutes long followed by the Games, which will also last 40 minutes. Then the team will share devotion time and wrap up.
Season will begin January 11th. Dates and times to be determined.
Awards Day:
More information will be shared during the season.
Uniforms: Basketball shorts and Cheer turtleneck are optional and available for additional fee.

Upward Soccer and Upward Basketball with Cheerleading provides a fun environment, built around healthy competition, while creating a positive experience. Our focus will be on teaching the skill set for each of those sports, along with teaching the children important values for life, and the great news that Jesus loves each and every one of them.

As host of the league, Fellowship of Wildwood will provide a first class organized league that your entire family will enjoy. It will start with an evaluation of every player to help create the best chance of having balanced teams and will conclude with a fun and exciting Award Ceremony at the end of the season. Every participant will feel like a pro when they receive a quality uniform, have their names announced at the start of every game, and a guarantee of equal play time every game.
